AAKRON XPRESS TRAILERS
All our cabins and homes are constructed on a custom built Aakron Xpress trailer to ensure a perfect fit. Homes are designed so that they can easily be removed from the trailer if need be so they qualify as a "load on a light trailer", allowing us to build up to 3.1m wide.
Aakron Xpress Trailers have more than 15 years experience producing boat and specialty trailers and enjoy an enviable reputation for the quality of their products and their superior customer service. All their trailers come with a 10 year structural warranty.
BUILDING MATERIALS
Walls and roof are constructed with Aluminium / PIR panels for 1 1/2 times the insulation of the same thickness polystyrene. PIR is also flame resistant as opposed to polystyrene which is a great fire-lighter. Your Mobi Mansion has full walls, floor and ceiling insulation. Internal walls are also extra thick for sound insulation. Retaining the desired internal temperature is critical winter and summer and we do it well! PVC spouting and downpipes are fitted to complete the exterior fittings.
ELECTRICAL, GAS AND WATER
Electrical, gas and plumbing elements of the build are all completed by the appropriately qualified trades people with certificates of compliance issued for each. Various configuration options are available from off-grid to 100% connected to site services.
