All prices quoted are for standard designs and includes GST. Mobi Mansions specialise in custom design to suit your individual needs at little more than the standard price. Units on road-legal trailers can be transported to your gate / street frontage FREE of charge in and around Auckland (Warkworth to Drury). Please contact us for a transport quote for other areas and units on skids.

The Sleepout Retreat has a large living area and a separate double bedroom.
The Sleepout does not have a kitchen or bathroom but could have a useful storage cupboard and countertop as an optional extra. We can customise the cabinetry to your requirements. It is normally built on skids but can be on a road legal trailer if needed.
